Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Preferred: If you don’t already have a CDL, we’ll assist you in obtaining one.
• Previous experience in maintenance, transportation, or a related leadership role is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure district facilities and grounds are safe, clean, and operational.
• Supervise and perform preventative maintenance on systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure functionality and safety.
• Manage the district's transportation program, including bus schedules, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead and support the Maintenance & Facilities Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and manage budgets related to maintenance and transportation.
• Serve as a key liaison with staff, students, and the community to address facility and transportation needs effectively.
