At Snyder ISD, we want to surround our students with the best. To recruit and retain top-tier staff, the Board of Trustees recently voted to adopt a HYBRID calendar for the 23-24 school year. 

The calendar was designed with input from parents, students, staff, and the community to account for attendance, maximize school time, and improve school/work-life balance.

Additionally, Snyder ISD provides the following:

• 100% of employee medical, dental, and vision PAID

• Salaries above state base

• Tested subject area stipends - Math, Science, ELA

• Stipends for bilingual and special education

• Performance-based incentives (STAAR & CTE)
