JH Math/Coaching

Roscoe Collegiate High School is a TEA designated PTECH campus. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Juior High math teacher with coaching experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Teach secondary junior high math classes to students
• Develop engaging lesson plans and activities that align the TEKS
• Have a possitive bahavior management system for your classroom
• Assess student learning and provide feedback on their progress
• Communicate with parents and colleagues about student performance
• Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in math or related subject
• Teaching certification or license
• Previous coaching experince preferred
• Previous experience teaching junior high math preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with collegues and students
