Lueders-Avoca ISD is seeking qualified, energetic applicants, to teach GREAT kids Social Studies classes at the high school campus, possibly coach JH and HS students, and become a valued member of the L-A ISD Family. Possible Head Girls Coaching duties will encompass working closely with other coaching staff and administration to align program expectations and requirements.
We serve approximately 115 students in eastern Jones and northwestern Shackelford counties. One advantage we offer is a very small student/teacher ratio. Our size makes it necessary for staff to wear many hats, however, the opportunity to be a part of student success makes the rewards worth the efforts.
Expectations include a focus on the implementation of sound teaching practices and a great work ethic to prepare students for academic and lifetime of successes.
