The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking applications for the following position:
Workforce Contract Manager
This is a full-time regular position located in Abilene, Texas. Salary range is $4,500 to $5,000 per month, dependent on experience and a benefit package is available. Ideal candidate must be able to assess and analyze programmatic and financial performance and develop tools or systems to manage compliance. Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply federal and State rules, laws, policies, and guidelines related to a variety of workforce programs. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to maintain positive, professional relationships with multiple individuals and entities.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in workforce, business management, public administration, or human services programs, and at least five years of experience in a management/administrative position. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, communication, education, human services, or related field is required.
