Elementary Teacher EC - 2

Clyde Elementary is seeking a passionate, dedicated and energetic classroom teacher to foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. This role involves planning and delivering differentiated instruction, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success. Clyde Elementary is a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective, standards-based instruction.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with staff.
• Participate in professional development and school activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching certification.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and instructional skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and adapt teaching methods.
• Willingness to get Special Ed and ESL certified

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional school events.
