The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is hiring for an additional Work-Based Learning Specialist position. This is a full-time, regular position with a salary range of $44,000 to $50,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a benefit package. Candidates will facilitate the coordination of job shadowing, industry tours, internships, and other work-based learning experiences focused on demand industries and target occupations of West Central Texas.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Comparable and relevant experience may substitute year-for-year with a four-year degree. Preferred experience in workforce development and experience working with middle and high school populations, particularly at-risk students.
