Your Role

As a 1st Grade Teacher, you’ll create a welcoming, vibrant, and engaging classroom where curiosity thrives and students excel. You’ll empower young learners to build strong academic foundations, develop social-emotional skills, and discover their unique strengths.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred or working to obtain.
• Certification: Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with an Elementary Education endorsement or in the process of obtaining.
• Experience: Teaching experience is a plus, but we welcome new teachers with a can-do attitude and passion for education!
• Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and creativity to make learning fun and impactful. Willing to be a team player and work toward our common goals.
