The primary purpose is the following:
- Building Maintenance and Repair
- Compliance with Required Reports, Policy and Law
- Plan and Direct the Budget and Inventory of the Maintenance Department
- Personnel Management of the Maintenance Department Staff
- Maintain Safety Standards in the Maintenance Department
- Meet the Mental Demands, Physical Demands and Manage the Environmental Factors Required of a Director of Maintenance
