Loraine School is looking to fill a School Counselor position for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Will consider as a part time position, for the perfect candidate.

Loraine ISD is an EC-12 school with approximately 140 students and 38 total staff members. Loraine is located an hour west of Abilene on I-20, about 75 minutes north of San Angelo, and 30 minutes south of Snyder.
We are seeking a teacher with a "kids-first" mentality and tech-savvy approach to student engagement and instruction. The right fit for our campus will be a professional who is willing to be a positive, team-player who embraces an instructional environment centered on intentional professional growth.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, implementing a school-wide character intervention/instruction program, orchestrating STAAR testing/collection protocols, managing our Dual Credit program, and most importantly, engaging our community in various involvement events.
