Agriculture Science Instructor

• Three teacher department

• New CTE Facility with 5000 sq foot shop

Qualifications (Education/Certification):

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement

• CDL or willing to obtain

Contract: 12 month pay plus stipends

Responsibilities:

• Strong emphasis in Ag Mechanics

• Possess strong classroom and lab management skills

• Serve as FFA Advisor

• Build and present Ag Mechanics projects at local and major shows

• Train successful LDE and CDE teams

• Assist students with record book, application awards, and scholarships

• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills

• Highly energetic, dedicated, and willing to travel

• Ag department trucks and trailers

• Administrative, Board, and Community support for a strong Agriculture Science program.
